The game against Arsenal will be a big test for Man United. Arsenal come to Old Traford looking stronger than in recent years being unbeaten in ten matches. Nonetheless Man United cannot afford to lose this one because we are already eight points adrift of top spot and if that gap increases to double figures our hope of winning the Premier League will be in jeopardy .
So we need a victory to keep touch with the top four. Unfortunately we would be without some of our key players in this clash. Our veteran striker Zlatan is suspended after picking the fifth yellow card of the season in our game against Swansea. There are also doubts over the fitness of Shaw, Fellaini and Rooney. We will also be without defenders Bailly, Smalling and Valencia who have long-term injuries.
That being said , we still have hope that history will repeat itself. Since September 2006 we have not lost to the Gunners , so hopefully this clash won’t be different.
